This can vary from the use of our in-house collection officers issuing demand letters and phone collections to the current or former tenants, or using our highly trained Doorstep collection officers to attend the property of residence to secure payment.

We also accept all major credit and debit cards through our telephone payment line, direct debits, standing order mandates and paying in books.

WEEKLY / MONTHLY COLLECTIONS

If you have new tenants or existing tenants that have a problem paying their rent on time, why not use our collection personal to collect rent each week or month on your behalf. All money collected is paid into our client account and remitted to you minus our commission for collections.

This is a very popular and cost effective payment plan with many private landlords and letting agents, and has also proved popular with our Clients tenants, assisting them to manage their finances and avoiding repossession or eviction for non-payment of rent.
